Sushmita mishra filed complaint against Vkmall on Jun 13, 2021
I had paid rs ****/- through my sbi debit card to vkmalls which is said to be an online dry fruit store for delivery of * kgs cashew nuts. But even after payment for the same I neither received any update on the order much less any delivery of the same.
Even after sending them emails regarding the same on support@vkmalls.com, they did not even bother to revert back.
In the aforesaid backdrop, I am constrained to file this complaint for refund of my money along with adequate compensation for mental torture and agony
I am ready to file evidence in support of my claim.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
