Ondot Couriers Express Cargo Ltd - Non delivery of parcel

My mother was supposed to receive a parcel which was sent through Ondot Courier & Express Cargo with Tracking No ***********. During the month of april, a person called from this number - ********** and asked me to pickup the package from the office, for which I needed to travel for * hours ( despite of strong govt's instructions to not go out because of lockdown ). The person also asked me to come on specific date and specific time like a random Thursday at * PM - * PM which was impossible for me. Then when I could not come, he said he will keep the parcel with him for * months and I will need to collect it whenever possible. I kept calling him from September and as of now, he has NOT provided me the package and said he does not have that with him anymore. And basically, after **/**/****. there is no update available on the courier's website regarding the tracking.
