I ordered a bouquet worth Rs *** on ** August ****. One lady called in the evening claiming that she was from myflowerapp.com. She told me that my order could not be delivered due to my area not being deliverable.
I requested for refund and they sent me an email saying that refunds would be completed within *-** business days. It is been ** days since then, I have not received any refund. Kindly raise a complaint against this kind of fraud company.
