Dear Sir and Team,

On **th October ****, I had visited an online shopping website https://www.strionline.com/. I was impressed by their

nice collection of sarees.

The contact details of the shopping site are :

I was in the thought of gifting sarees for the Diwali festival. So, on **th October, I selected and ordered * sarees for my wife and daughters (Order # ****). I also had made an Advance payment of Rs. ****.** at their payment portal

(Razor Pay).

The (*) Order confirmation and (*) Advance payment for Sarees, by my Credit card ending with *** **** was done for delivery of Sarees in * days.

On **th Oct, I received an email, from a different email ID namely ultimatehaul**@gmail.com.

Due to the strange happenings, I was worried and

• on **th and *st Nov, I sent emails to all of their Email IDs, requesting for faster delivery of items
• I called both mobile nos several times. But they were not reachable, till date

Till now, they have not responded to any of my emails. I think I am cheated by this "Fraudulent Online Shopping site".

Advance amount of Rs. ****.**.
It will be of great help and I will be grateful for the favour.
