Factory store shivpuri Ludhiana Mobile - non delivery of ordered items

I am a senior citizen aged ** years, staying in Delhi.

I had booked an order for the following items with Factory Store, Shivpuri, Ludhiana, Punjab-*** *** (Mobile No: ***** *****):

Jackets : *@ ***/- each : ****.**
White Hoodi : *@ ***.** : ***.**
Track suit : * @ ***.** : ***.**
Total : ****.**
Delivery charges : ***.**
Grand total : ****.**

A sum of Rs.****/- was transferred by me in the bank account of above Store on **/*/****.

The order was booked by one Mr Yuvraj Singh, one of the employees of above Factory Store. Initially, on whatsapp, I received the message that they deal in wholesale only. However, when I informed them, that I need only *-* pieces, on whatsapp, they agreed to supply whatever quantity I wanted. When for few days, my order was not delivered, I contacted them on the above Mobile No. One Mr Rajesh, another employee picked the phone and informed that he would let me know about the status of my order. However, no response was received thereafter.

I kept ringing on their above number. After, few days, one Mr Vishal, another employee, picked the phone. He was kind enough to respond to my call. I was informed that, ordered items were not couriered yet. He desired me to add few more items in the order and only then, he would be able to deliver the items. Against my wishes, I deposited a sum of Rs.****/- in the bank account of above Factory Stores on **/*/**** for delivery of one cargo pant and an additional track suit thereby making the ordered items to * (* mentioned above plus *).

Inspite of my repeated reminders, I did not receive the ordered goods. Initially, Mr Vishal informed me that the van of courier service has been detained in Delhi. Then, only on **/*/****, I received a parcel at my residence containing the following:

*) One Track suit : ***.**
*) One Cargo lower : ***.** (In place of the one costing ***)
*) One Jacket : (Not the one ordered by me)

When I pointed out to Mr Vishal about the above, he is giving vague replies.

It may be mentioned that as against the payment of Rs.****.**, items worth Rs.****-**** have been delivered and that too the ones not ordered by me. Out of three items delivered, only one item is as per order. The remaining two items are not as per my order.

In view of above, you are requested to look into the matter and direct the concerned store officials to deliver the correct items to me as per order booked with them.

I am having all the proofs of whatsapp conversation between me and officials of above Store, including transfer of Rs.**** in their bank account.
