Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner - Non delivery of Order No for Eureka Forbes Compact 700 Watt Vacuum Cleaner

I purchased one Eureka Forbes Compact *** Watt Vacuum Cleaner through VLE Bazaar on *nd January ****. I paid in full Rs. *,***/- using my SBI Credit Card.
I got the Order No. with VLE Bazaar as - *******. I checked with their customer service phone no. (**********) as well sent numbers og Email to their Email ID. Every time they reply saying my order has been registered and the item will be delivered shortly. Unfortunately thing has happened till date. I requested them to cancle my orde last week and they told that they will send me a mail confirming cancellation of the order but same has also not happen. I now want my money back with out any further delay
