My name is Roopesh Khete and I was posted in Gandhinagar in Airforce command. On *th October **** I hired Jet Cargo to move my household goods. Mr. Dinesh from Jet Cargo took money and did insurance and gave assurance that the goods will be delivered to the destination within ** days. Its more than ** days and the household items have still not reached to the destination. The representative Mr. Dinesh is not picking up phone calls and it looks like that the goods have misplaced, lost or company has defrauded me. I want to get the items delivered and need compensation as well for the inconvenience caused.
They are not picking up phone calls and not even responding on WhatsApp.
