maruti packers and movers - Non Delivery of goods on time by packers and movers

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Karthick. We have recently shifted from Bengaluru to Kolkata from Jan *. We have booked our household goods from Bengaluru to kolkata through Maruti Packers and Movers having registered office address as below. Bangalore Address: Survey No. **/*, Madanayakanahalli,Tumkur Road, Bangalore North- ****** Our consignment was booked on *st Jan **** and due for delivery on **th Jan ****, but due to subsequent lockdown restrictions in Kolkata, we have asked the packers and movers to deliver our goods on **th Jan ****. But due to republic day restrictions, the packers and movers were not able to deliver the goods which were not pre-informed to us which is a mistake on the packers and movers. As per the payment terms agreed by the packers and movers at the time of loading, we have done the payment of Rs. ***** as advance payment and Rs ***** to be paid at the time of delivery. But now packers and movers are not delivering our goods and threatening us that they will take back our goods to bengaluru. Complaint has been made in the nearest police station, Technocity police station (our residence is new town - new town jurisdiction police station) and dankuni police station (place where our goods vehicle is parked as per the packers and movers) but the police refused to take the complaint stating it was not their jurisdiction in which their authority will not be entertained. We have been trying to register a complaint with Madanayakanahalli police station in which their contact no is not attended by any one the police officers there. Kindly treat this as a formal complaint and provide us the solution. Details regarding the packers and movers conversations and invoice records are provided herewith. We need the resolution ASAP.
