ASR Kitchen s - Non delivery of food package

I , Rohit Nath Chaudhry, booked Rapido Bike Service for delivery of food package to Mr.G.K.Singh, F-****, Rajaji Puram, near Navjivan Nursingh Home, Lucknow at * pm. The bike no **** and Captain Mr Sumit Shukla. The captain did not deliver the package at the destination. He neither called me nor my customer for confirmation of exact location. We kept on calling him but he was not taking our calls. The customer has suffered a lot as his family was hungry and waiting for the food package. The customer kept on calling us for food package. At about **.** pm he returned the food package at our place. The food was spoilt by that time. This has damaged out reputation. This is all due to Captain Mr Shukla. The amount of delivery was paid to Mr Shukla in advance. As such we request you to refund our food package and delivery Charges.
