Nestwood Estates Private Limited - Non delivery of flat by NESTWOOD ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

I would like to bring to your kind attention to the fact that NESTWOOD ESTATES PRIVATE Limited took an amount of RS *,**,***/- on **/**/**** against delivery of flat but as on date they neither delivered any flat nor returned us any money.

I am attaching herewith the documents against my appeal for your reference.

Kindly note that there were three (*) mediation meetings, on **/**/****, **/**/**** and **/**/**** in West Bengal Consumer forum , Salt Lake Office against my petition, but NESTWOOD did not agree to return our money.

I moved Consumer Court as per guidence and advise by the Consumer Forum but it is a long process.

In Barasat Consumer court there were three hearings but NESTWOOD do not appear. Now the case had been shifted to Bikash Bhavan Salt Lake Consumer Court. The next date is on **th December,****.

Being a retired person, I am at present staying with my Son at Bangalore. He has just completed graduation and joined a company at Bangalore. I don't have any pension scheme.

I would request your kind intervention for an out of court settlement so that I can get back my money at an early date.

Also this is my earnest appeal to you so that this type of company can be prevented from cheating the general public of West Bengal. They published attractive Brochure ,advertised and cheated people by opening Posh office at CHINAR PARK, NEW TOWN , PS GROUP BUILDING.
