BOAT - Non delivery of Boat headphones

"Boat Rockerz *** V*", i placed an order from Boat website for headphones on **th Jan **** with order#*******.

On **Jan**** with battery issues i placed a exchange order from Boat website, next day it got picked up and I was informed that exchange product is shipped via Ecom express(awb#**********), On **th January **** i got update saying package delivered but I did not receive any call from delivery person.

I raised complaint with Ecom express and Boat called many times but no response and I messaged on Facebook messanger after lot of follow-up i got a disappointing response saying " SLA Breached, product delivered" and no response from then onwards.

I raised a complaint#******* with national consumer helpline, as per their guidelines I'm bringing this issue to your notice/attention.

I don't know where is wrong, i didn't share delivery pin of package with delivery person how come it was delivered.

I want you to look into this matter and deliver my head phone or refund my money.

After lot of follow-up today they came back saying i took **hrs for raising the complaint

I got message saying package delivered on January **th **** **:** when I was not at home, after reaching home i enquired about the delivery of product with my family and neighbours and logged complaint with Ecom express and Boat

This is really cheating by both boat and Ecom express
