India Post - Non delivery of attested docs to WES

Hey there,
i would like to bring this to your attention that on **/**/****, i had posted my university attested docs to wes (world education society) for immigration purpose to canada, hwever the docs still have not been delivered to its destination, I had sent it through the registered india post and they provided me the reference number to track it, With the tracking id I could only see that the docs have been bagged from mumbai,.

i have been visiting the post office for help, however all in vain as they are not able to help and find reasons to say that they are busy or the system are not working

i had paid the fees for the institution and they are sending emails every day that they haven't got it yet,

I have got no help, can you please help me here
