Placed order on ** March, delivery information was within * days.
After many emails and hearing from thier AI bot, still my issue is not resolved.
I asked for refund and now AI says they can do only in sanfe credit refund not to original payment method.
I asked for calling me from someone who is not BOT many times, no one reached out to me.
the numbers provided also doesnt work neither whatsapp messages gets delivered to those numbers
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
