Hi, I ordered from IKEA online on **st September and haven’t received my delivery till now (* weeks). I have been following up consistently with the team without any luck. The customer care has assured multiple times that the order will be delivered within **-** hours every time I’ve followed up. The email I receive is a copy paste of the same email I received previously assuring me that they’re looking into it at the earliest. It has been a horrible experience so far and there has been no progress inspite of the multiple follow ups.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
