Hero Fincorp Ltd. - Non deduction of EMI

My Loan EMI was due on **/**/****, Though there was not sufficient balance in my bank account till **:** AM, but after that I have enough balance in my bank account to pay Loan EMI, but company did not try to auto debit amount after **:** AM, and i did not get any option to pay loan by myself, So that I have to pay ECS Return charges of Rs. *** from my bank side, I don't know why they are not deducting EMI and I have to pay late payment charges to company and my CIBIL score will affect.
