On **/**/**** based on Dr's advice I made an contact with Apolo clinic Taratala to do few blood test like Dengu Ns*, .Malaria, urine routine. etc. Total billed amount Rs ****/- .I paid *oo as advance and rest of the amount should be paid during delivery of the report.
Your front desk lady assistance told me to collect all reports on Tuesday I.e. *th Sept ****.
Due to high fever I went to my house physician and after hearing all this he made an request to the lady front desk assistance at Taratal just to say whether dengue reportor malaria report both are positive or motivated.
That request of the the Doctorstrongly refused and said aftermaking payment they may disclose it.
This is the work culture not expected from unit like Apollo clinic.yku may track my previous report that Howard times I went there for clinical check up.
I was puzzled to see the behavior of your staff. Moreover I am further forwarding this message that I will noy attend your unit further for collection of the report and that should be treated as canceled
