Faber India - Non cooperation and customer dissatisfaction

I had purchased a HOOD PLUTO PB BF BK ** Chimney directly from the website www.faberindia.com vide Order No.**** and SN No.-NH**E******* on **.**.****. The above Item which was delivered on **.**.****. I have been repeatedly contacted before Faber India through sharing e-mail as well as Whatsapp Chat for Installation. But unfortunately nothing happened. Neither any Installation personnel contacted nor any response from Faber India. But it is a matter of great regret that ** days has already been passed since delivery of the above Item, but due to non cooperation of the service provider of the said company it could not installed as yet. The entire kitchen of my house has been engulfed with smoke due to absence of Chimney installation and that smoke has been spreading all over my house. My family members feels restlessness and uncomfortable due to the said reason for non installment of above chimney in my kitchen room.
This attitude of Faber India indicates malafide intention to the customer in the name of Customer care service provider and creates mental agony and capricious attitude to the customer.
Therefore I humbly request you to provide me proper service as soon as possible and imposed penalty over the above company and granted some compensation in favour of me due to customer dissatisfaction and obliged.
