Problem- The Onsite Electro Services Pvt. Ltd. company is not doing proper serviced for consumer product -Split AC (Carrier Brand) even though it in still under Advance AMC warranty.
Request - Replacement/repair of defective parts or Reimbursement cost of consumer product -Split AC (Carrier Brand) as per terms and conditions (page no. */*) and compensation for mental torture and harrassment.
The company is not giving any proper response against it and keep on extending schedule date causing extreme stress and Tension to me (Cardiac patient) and my wife (Acute Rheumatoid Patient)
