is not done as you promised on **th -* April-****. Neither the Material nor staff has come from your end till yesterday and Only false promises are made by you as usual,and also no response ,called many times he wont pick.
We made an advance payment Rs. **,***.** on **.**.**** and progressive payments as Rs **,***.** on **.**.**** and Rs. **,***.** on **.**.**** (total of Rs **,***.**)
he were making series of commitments on completion date of the scheduled work and no progress has been done by you from our last payment.
