Sir, the above loan was availed by us on **/**/****. You were charging higher amount other than the sanctioned term. When it was discussed with you , along with statement, you agreed for reduction the charges and interest. Accordingly you accept the chq num ****** dt **/**/**** drawn on Axis Bank Pallavpuram for Rs *****/- fvg Kotak mahindra prime ltd as full and final payment. This was mentioned on the aforesaid cheque and payment voucher is also duly signed by you. Since then we are requesting you over phone, through mail to close the above a/c and issue us no dues certificate.We regret to inform you that till date we have not received any confirmation from you.
You are again requested to close the above account and send us closure certificate along with NOC.
