i have lodged complaint of non working of my water purifier on **/**/****which is under AMC upto SEPT. **** .The technician visited on **/**/**** and told parts has to be replaced but he did not turned up till date. I have escalated complaint through APP and also talk to customer care representative and also emailed but no action taken from company till date even after passing * days, I am purchasing water from market.
