Hi,
I have been following up with Nokia care since **th July'** for my *month old Nokia *Plus phone which was having issue on screen with an yellow patch. The screen had been replaced by Nokia care after a wait of approx. **days with a dent/damage on right hand side corner of the phone, destroying the aesthetic look and creating a damage on ear piece. I have been mentally and physically tortured while availing the service. All details are attached in my email conversation.
My handset is lying with Nokia service center and they are least other to provide a service.
My humble request would be to provide a justification on my ongoing issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
