Iqra library kupwara - Noise in library

I am student of class **. I study in SrinagarNow for my board exam I
Took a cabin for studying in this library
Because at home thier was to much disturbance. When I start preparing here
It was good but now it is also getting noising here .I complained to the manager several times but no action . I talked to the library owner also but they did nothing . The lobby is too noisy and after several attempts of knocking door the people did not stopping making noise. This will affect my studies
From few days Its getting hard to study .the
Manager has took fee for one month in advance . Please help me in that
