Hi,
I had taken a loan of **k and converted them into * EMIs and paid all of them on time and the app says I've cleared all my dues.
But I did not receive any NOC.
And they did not update my last EMI in the Cibil report which was kept as over dew for few months and eventually written off.
Due to this my cibil score was heavily impacted.
Now I cannot apply for any new loan.
I've written several emails to them but get the same response every time that they're looking into the matter.
Kindly assist me in this regard
