Kalpataru Builders Private Limited - NOC charges took by kalpataru paramount for Resale of my Flat In thane

My name is Amar usakoyal , lives in Bhiwandi (thane) . i have purchased the flat in kalpataru paramount in thane. flat no is ***, Tower*, Alder tower. in ****. and i have received the possession on **** June. Today due to my week financial condition i have decided to sell my flat to mr. Pritam more. and We have done the agreement also for resale of my flat. however to to close/trasnfer my home loan from me/seller to buyer/pritam kalpataru has demanded me approx *,**,*** ruppess to get the NOC document. the loan will get transfered only with this NOC by builder. but kalpataru has demanded *,**,*** which was nowhere mentioned earlier.. as every month ***** EMI coming which i can not afford now and i have to sell my flat anyhow. so i decided to pay **-**% from buyer and seller both.. bit Kalpataru still taking lot of time to give NOC it sbeen more then * week i have paid the money but kalpataru team taking long time. as again in * days my EMI will hit of * Lac.

I request you please take some actions on kalpataru paramount as they are charging this amount illigally with no Base.. and return this amount with formal way.
