I purchased the NoBroker premium plan for property management services. However, NoBroker is not honoring the contract. The rent payment was delayed by five days and was not the agreed-upon amount. Furthermore, the deposit amount of **,***, due on the *st of the month, has not been paid to date (almost ** days). Despite sending repeated emails to my Relationship Manager and having a phone call, there has been no resolution. I am concerned about whether they will honor the contract and worried about the company's financial stability and support services. They should pay deposit amount, difference in rent amount and penalty for the delay. Although there is a six-month lock-in period, I have lost all trust in this company.
