NoBroker com - NoBroker Packers Movers damaged broke lost my stuff

I had booked a packers & movers service from NoBroker.in app. They damaged a lot of my stuff. When I sent them an email with the pictures, they are not replying to me now. The following is my initial email to them:

I'm complaining about my recent experience with packers & movers is the worst nightmare. The following things happened -
*. The assigned time was *pm, but your team reached after *pm. My booking had a **ft truck, but they
came with a smaller truck and after packing things in that truck, they called a one more truck which was
totally a waste of time. My parents couldn't have lunch that day because of their disorganized arrangement.

*. Our almirah fell down and it got broken, the mirror is completely destroyed by the packers & movers team.
The shoe-rack is also damaged beyond repair. And took almost * hours to pack things.

*. Your team reached at wrong destination after * hours after leaving from the source location. Their map showed wrong destination, but didn't even thought to confirm it. And in our, the owner's absence, they started unloading our things on some unknown street without any knowledge of the new house.

*. The grains, cereals, masalas, salt, every ingredient in the kitchen got mixed up due to poor packaging.
We cannot use it to prepare food and had to throw away.

*. Same thing with liquids. The oils, perfumes, glycerine, thinner, nailpolish remover, toilet cleaners, bleach everything got mixed up, again due to poor packaging. My mom thought some water is leaked; when she tried to check what that liquid is, she got sudden burning sensation because all that mixture reacted with each other & because a harmful chemical. It could've been flammable!

*. On top of that, while leaving, they kept asking for "gifts" in the form of cash in-spite of us going through all this.

I've attached the photos as a proof for my allegations. I'd like to get a compensation for the agony we faced.
If not given, I'll have no choice but to file a case in consumer court.
