Nobroker in - Nobroker packers and movers damage and delays

This is with reference to my packers and movers booking : HSPM-*******.

I have faced a lot of difficulties in this order and have had a horrible experience. The packers were supposed to come on **th April **** but i got a last minute call saying that it had to be rescheduled. This was not expected from an organization like nobroker.

The pickup was finally done on **th April and then I specifically requested for delivery on **th April. While the nobroker agent (Akash) guaranteed that it will be delivered but the vendor refused and again there is a delay. So far i have not gotten any call from the movers and the customer service team is unresponsive.

When the package was delivered, it was totally damaged. The cycle was removed. The mattress was torn.

I would never in my life use any nobroker service again and even will tell all my friends to stop using noboker.

You have lost a customer for life.

Your organization is run on lies and you will do anything to make a sale but after the money is received you forget about the customer.

Kindly look into the matter and make sure the pickup is done today.

Also please note that my experience with nobroker has made me lose faith in the company and i will never be using your services in the future.
