Nobroker NoBroker com - NoBroker is a scam please dont waste your money

I have paid Brokerage feed for finding a tenant as NoBroker assured they will find tenant. They have followedup like anything till I paid money. there is no single tenant found and before close of the plan, they started their scam. They sent a tenant and visited house two times and confirmed that they will move in. They took our account also to transfer money. But the conversations always doubtful as several times they said its on higher side but interested. just before a day of plan expiry they said "friends suggested its expensive and they are little hesitant".
when we called NoBroker Brokers, no one pickingup phone and no response at all event though we have two days time.

my sincere advise is to go with local brokers as we can give opportunity to someone and these online platforms are praying customers and we are losing money.
we cant even catch these fraudsters as its completely online.
