No Broker Rent Payments Benguluru - NoBroker has siphoned Processing fee after Demanding for Registered Agreement

I had Paid Maintenance Amount to Owner through NoBroker. Now No Broker marked transaction suspicious. I and owner had not registered for agreement as of now. They gave me * Days to Submit document or they will refund some amount and took Processing charges. If my documents my not upto the mark why did they allowed transaction. So, In overall i lost *** as Processing charges for service which i never availed. Simply cheating Customer by putting harmful policies. I want my Processing charges back as Rent was never transferred to owner account.
