Rvr Fibernet - No WiFi service

On June **th @ **:** pm issue started with no WiFi connection, complaints was already registered via Providers help line number. Next day around **:** am called n spoke with receptionist n addressed my issue around **:** or **:** pm tech came check n got the issue fixed n I was able to use the service up until **:** pm same issue no Wi-Fi. Using client portal I raised my complaints n it has still not been resolved. June ** around **:** when I woke up I was able to use my WiFi until **:** pm no WiFi connection again for * consecutive days. I have my online training starting soon n really need this to be fixed. I am starting to feel like my WiFi provider is scamming it's consumers. Pliz help.
