Vrprime Traders - no warranty support

Sir,
I have ordered a travel adaptor with multiple socket form vrprime traders, gala no *, Narayan Compound, Beside BABA Pan shop opposite Shanti Nagar police station, Ashok Nagar BHIWANDI MAHARASTARA ,******, INDIA. on **th feb **** through amazon online marketing platform. The item was delivered on ** feb ****. The product failed to work with in two weeks. The seller advertised having a warranty of * years and given a WhatsApp no for contact in case of warranty . I have made a request to them on **th march **** but not reply . I reminded them again on **th march no reply . i have sent a request through amazon seller feedback but no use.In this situation i humbly request to the form to mitigate my grivence as early as possible.
