I had placed an order with chocolate bazaar on the *th of July and to this date (**nd July), I have no idea about the status of the order. I reached out to them via multiple phone calls and emails but there hasn't been any response from their side. I finally decided to have my order cancelled and ask for a refund. I mailed them about the same but still no response from their behalf. They don't respond to both phone calls and emails. The only time they got back to me was once via an email stating they'd keep my updated about my order but never heard from them ever since.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
