Want to take your notice that an online portal (https://www.ezeedeals.in/) is doing fraudulent activity by publishing attractive advertisement in social media like Facebook. I am a victim of this activity.
I have ordered for * numbers of M* Smart Band on their website on **th of May'** bearing order # ********** And I have also made payment on their website bearing transaction # ****************. But after that they are not responding to any of my mail or call. I have been asking them for an update from many days but they are not replaying and their help-desk phone number is also not working properly. Apart from that customer LOGIN, HELPDESK, ORDER TRACKING, etc. links are not working or not available.
Appreciate if you take an action against them immediately. Please do let me know if any more details required.
