Hi Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Nilkamal for completely failing to respond to customers after taking payment. I placed an order for a shoe rack * days ago, and despite the payment being successfully processed, there has been no update whatsoever regarding shipping or delivery.

Even more concerning, there is no option to cancel the order on your platform, no one in the customer support is also not responding to my calls leaving me with neither the product nor a way to recover my money. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.
I demand a clear resolution today itself—either immediate shipping details with a confirmed delivery date or a full refund. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court against Nilkamal for cheating and deficiency in service.
