Ntt Data Global Delivery Services Private Limited - No update about rejoining

I have joined Nttdata on **th of November ****. I worked for ** days and I got some medical issue. I discussed with my respective HR person and took leave for ** days. After ** days I went back to office but they told me to wait for another batch to start and they will call me.
It has been more then ** months now but I didn't receive any call from the company. So many times I have tried to call them but they don't give any satisfactory answer. I am not getting any salary Also.
