My two wheeler insurance expired on ** May ****. I tried to renewed it on **th May **** through Bajaj Allianz website. The payment was made successfully and was shown “The receipt number is and the reference ID is ********”.
I was supposed to be receiving the renewed policy in two days to my mail but till today there’s nothing I’ve received and there’s absolutely no response from any of their customer support through calls or mails. My Service Request has been created with SR ID : ******.
If anything happens to my vehicle accidentally you’ll be the liable one. This may go somewhere else.
The transaction no. from my ICICI credit card account is ********** done on **th May.
