Fitso seals - No swimming classes available

I wanted to learn swimming. So, I searched on internet and then I got to know about fitso. I raised a query at their website and their team member contacted me and told me about their services. She suggested me to buy a package of Rs. **** durable for * months. It includes swimming with coach. She told me that my nearby swimming pool is at Suncity, sec -** and it will get open by **th March. So, I took the plan.
At **th March, I went to check the location but it was permanently closed and in mobile app, under book a session, only sec** Gurgaon location was showing with all sessions sold out for swimming. I went their to check but they said we can't help you. It always show no session. Even at midnight, I have tried but it still shows no session available.
I contacted customer care but nobody picked. They don't even reply me back on mail. My hard earn cash is getting totally waste. They have no professionalism.
