Hi,
I purchased my earphones in August ****, was experiencing a couple of issues and also had to reset my ear buds periodically multiple times.
Now I started experiencing frequent disconnections and distorted noise, out of the blue right bud stopped working, while connecting one bud works and other doesn't and again I have to put it back in the case, pretty annoying eh!
Strangely my case opens from the bottom as well and earbud (both) have lost the transparent cover (not sure why and how)
I explained all this to Nothing and also visited their service center. On email nothing told me that they will help me but when I visited the service center they denied to replace even after paying, they said they can't support at all.
Again on email they tell me to add a conference with the service center but the center never answers the call, even Nothing has stopped replying to my emails.
This means after sales service is the worst I have ever seen.
