SATYAJIT PODDAR filed complaint against Meesho on Jul 21, 2021
I am a registered seller on Meesho, post opening of account, somebody from meesho team uploaded one catalog which was not owned by me, neither I have given any consent for uploading the same.
Post upload of the catalog I have received few orders, which got auto cancelled and two order I had to cancel because I do not have any visibility on the items and catalog.
Due to this cancellation *** amount was deducted as a penalty charge and I was asked to pay the amount.
I have raised multiple ticket for the same, I have got Zero response on the same.
COMPLETE HARRASHMENT TO THE SELLER , NO SELLER SUPPORT AT ALL.

Hence, owing to the above condition *.*% of the product value ( from order date to cancel date & maximum up to ***/-) + GST has been deducted as a penalty. As per your request, we revalidate all things but we found that this Pincode was not on hold hence penalty is genuine. " We have recently updated our order cancellation charges."
