I had purchased Oneplus Buds pro on **.**.**** and it worked well for last ** months. Suddenly I noticed that its battery standby is hardly for **-** minutes. I searched it on Oneplus Community forum for any solutions but same problem was already with too many consumers due to a firmware update. I contacted Oneplus Service Center to which they replied that product is out of warranty. I insisted them to repair it as I am ready to pay any additional charges on it but they continuously refused to repair it stating that "Wearables can't be repaired or replaced after warranty period".
It might be company policy to give such updates so that old products will not be usable and eventually they will have to buy the new products.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
