Indigo airlines 968 - No support for senior citizens

Today two old senior citizens were travelling.we have mentioned in the ticket they are old .
And while booking we opted for wheel chair.
But didn't get any support for IndiGo airlines.
One is ** yrs old

In the web site it's clearly written that for senior citizens wheel chair assistance are there .but in reality no one came to assist
