Petpooja.com - No support after sale

Dear sir,

Since date of purchase m requesting employee of petpooja to get my software configure and maintain inventory and other facilities/function as available with the package and proper training of my employee but the person named mamta one of the employee not able to get upto the mark in providing service or company is not able to provide proper after sales service.!! She is only making false promises and dis guiding about software and service and was only interested till i paid for the subscription..!! Finally i requested her to cancel my subscription but she rejected stating its against company tnc however after reading tnc available on website its clear there is an option to cancel the subscription.!! Hereby i request to kindly look into the matter. Petpooja is making fake promises and dis guiding .!!
