www bookmytab com - No status of my order

I placed an order of a tablet on *-**-**** at bookmytab but till now I didn't receive any update on the status of my order.Also I am not able to sign in through my account so that I can get to know my order id and tracking details.I have been repeatedly calling in their customer care number provided in their website but no response from their side.Mail I'd in their site is also not valid. I have paid through card payment and the detail is given below.Kindly look into the matter and ask them to resolve the issue and get the right product delivered with proper tracking details or else cancel the order and give my full money refund.
