Sir, my mobile No is **********. I every month recharge by unlimited pack for Rs ***.**. but SMS is not forwarded since last six months. Furthermore, today also recharge by ** Rs. SMS Pack for one month but SMS not forwarded till. Hence , you are requested to early resolve the issue please.
