Ortel Digital - No signal

We are the user of ORTEL DIGITAL. It provides very pathetic service. There is no signal problem in almost */* days per week. When we contact them they are simply told that the server is down. so they cannot do anything.
But at the payment time they are very regular to collect the money. But during providing good service they are at the lowest position.
Please take necessary steps to teach them a lesson and sort out this problem.
