One Broad Band - No Service

We live in Society called Panchsheel Greens *. I am here for launching a complaint against my internet service provider called One Broadband. Very Pathetic internet service from them. They have a monopoly over here and did not allow anyone for providing the service like Jio Airtel etc. The worst part is that the speed is also very less. Even less than **MBPS most of the time and during the pandemic the majority over here is the work from home and with such speed and connection how does one can work
