Sony Bravia 50 LED TV - No Service support after Purchase

I purchased BRAVIA LED TV worth around * Lakh in ****. As of now it's Display Panel unfortunately got damaged due to which I complained about the same to Sony Customer care. They sent me their technician who told to get replace the display panel worth Rs **,***. I agreed to it and he charged Rs.*** for his visit. Now Sony Service center is asking me to pay complete amount of Rs.**,*** to them ie. Libra Telecom after which they will place the order of the part and will replace the display unit. It is completely unfair that I will not get any invoice of this payment until the part gets replaced and also this payment will not be collected by Sony so in future Sony may refuse to help if any issue persist regarding any unfortunate payment or service related trouble.
