I had the wifi connection from Atul Broadband, Manjari Budruk, Pune.
It has been * days that the service is halted. I have paid full amount for the bill.
They wont receive the calls nor they revert the messages sent.
As we are working from home, we need wifi connection and these people are intentionally denying the help we need. They have halted the service. Issue hasnt been resolved.
I approached the office and was given a bad treatment full of arrogance.
My society has been complaining since last * days and they arent helping with the issue
