Skill Land Llp - No service received for Rs 7198 paid

I am a **-year-old senior citizen registered for an Online Masterclass at Skill Land in June ****, paying Rs **** as first instalment (EMI). Despite being promised a two-month grace period for joining the class, they enrolled me in the June **** batch itself which I could not attend. Please note that no class schedule was provided after making the first EMI. They even cancelled my access to their classes for non-payment of the second EMI. I requested for a refund since no class schedule was provided despite several requests, but Skill Land refused stating that they have a no refund policy though no refund policy term was mentioned in any of their communication / documents including the Invoice / Receipt. Since I have not received any service for the fees I paid, and no class schedule was provided for making the second EMI, I request the forum to direct the company to refund the fees I paid. I am attaching evidence of Payment Receipt and other communication between Skill Land and myself.
